Falcons gave assurance of their full support and prayers.
The Super Falcons have thrown their weight behind the Super Eagles, sending a morale-boosting message ahead of the men’s national team’s upcoming match.
In a short video shared online on Wednesday, the women’s national team expressed confidence in the Super Eagles, assuring them of their full support and prayers as they continue their campaign.
The Super Falcons urged the team to trust one another, stay strong, and play an injury-free game, reminding them that they have the backing of millions of Nigerians at home.
The said in part, “Hello Super Eagles, this is from Super Falcons wishing you good luck in your game. We believe in you, we trust you, and we are praying for you.
“You have the backing of the Super Falcons, you have the backing of 250 million plus back home in Nigeria cheering you on this journey.
“We believe in you, we trust you, and we know you’re going to make us proud. Wishing you guys injury-free game. God’s strength.”
