Exponential 2025: A Transformative Gathering Of Church And Business Leaders, Making Lasting Impact

The 2025 Exponential Conference, organised by The Exponential Network, an initiative of The Elevation Church, was held recently between February 24th and 26th, 2025, at the Pistis Conference Centre in Lekki, Lagos. In its 9th edition in Nigeria, the conference brought together thousands of church leaders, ministers, and faith-based professionals across Africa and beyond, reinforcing its reputation as a premier platform for ministry empowerment and leadership transformation.
The conference, themed “Intelligent Fire” and welcoming business leaders as part of its core target audience, featured a lineup of influential speakers, including Pastors Godman and Bola Akinlabi (hosts), Professor Yemi Osinbajo, Mrs. Ibukun Awosika, Paul Cole (USA), Pastor David Abioye, Dr Sam Adeyemi, Pastor Yemi Davids, Pastor Jerry Eze, Mr. Leke Alder, Nathaniel Bassey, and several other distinguished thought leaders who facilitated breakout sessions.
This year’s edition of the Exponential Conference was a resounding success with a total of over 5,000 participants, virtually, online, and in person, setting the stage for its landmark 10th edition next year, celebrating a decade of empowering leaders while casting a visionary path for the future of ministry. Attendees left inspired and equipped to drive transformation in their respective spheres of influence.
Reflecting on the impact of the conference, Convener Godman Akinlabi stated, “As we celebrate a decade of Exponential, we are reminded that the mission of the church is both eternal and evolving. The gospel is timeless, but the strategies we use to communicate it must be dynamic and relevant to contemporary society. With over 33 experience centres streaming live and thousands more participating virtually, the conference provided an invaluable platform for discussions on faith-driven business leadership, digital evangelism, church growth, and kingdom impact in the marketplace. Key sessions covered topics such as “How to disciple HNI’s in your church, Stewardship of Influence, Intelligent Fire, Digital Discipleship: Nurturing Faith Communities in an Online World, The Sound of Revival: The Role of Music in End-Time Ministry, Winning in the Boardroom: Lessons in Influence, Collaboration, and Decision-Making, Strategy Execution: Your Pathway to Sustained Success, Evaluating and Enhancing Your Brand.”
The 2025 Exponential Conference featured an unforgettable worship experience led by renowned gospel minister Nathaniel Bassey. His powerful ministrations ushered attendees into an atmosphere of deep worship, spiritual renewal, and divine encounters. As the conference continues to evolve, plans are already underway for the next edition, Exponential 2026, scheduled to take place from February 23rd to 26th, ensuring that church leaders remain at the cutting edge of faith-based leadership and ministry innovation.
