Nigerian Teenager @17 Emerged World’s Best in English at 2025 TeenEagle Global Finals

A Nigerian seventeen-year-old known as Nafisa Abdullah Aminu who hailed from Yobe State has been announced as the world’s best student in English language skills at the 2025 TeenEagle Global Finals held in London, United Kingdom.

Nafisa competed among over 20,000 students coming from 69 countries and outshone them to secure her place as the rightful one to own the prestigious title thereby bringing global attention to Nigeria’s academic talent.

With her victory, there has been spread of celebrations in Yobe State and across Nigeria, with many acknowledging her as an inspiration for young learners nationwide.
