Ice K launches IceEmpire Apartment and Private Party Hub at Ikeja

Olakunle Tomomewo, Nigerian star musician, popularly known as Ice K of the defunct Artquake group, has launched new business apartments at Harmony Estate, Ogba in Ikeja, Lagos State. The new apartment valued at multimillion naira was opened on Thursday 28th of December, 2023.

It was gathered that the ‘Alanta’ lyric fame, who shuttles between Nigeria and US, has been working on the project for the past five years in partnership with his business associates. The opening ceremony coincided with the music star’s birthday, thus making the event one-in-town.

The newly-opened classy IceEmpire Apartment and Private Party Hub boasts of a pool, lounge, game house and other leisure facilities for patrons’ comfort.

Music legend, Daddy Showkey, led other music celebrities to rejoice with Ice K at the ceremony. Other stars at the event include Tony Tetuila of ‘E Don Hit My Car’ fame; Koni Koni Love fame, Klever Jay; Jazzman Olofin; Zanga lyric exponent, Dullera; DJ Bammy D; Charle Shee, Fresh, who all mounted the stage to thrill the invited guests. There were other showbiz celebrities in attendance like Nollywood actors, Kelvin Ikeduba, Gabriel Afolayan, Kunle Afod and Gospel music singer, Busola Oke Eleyele, among others.

Other friends of the celebrator present at the event were Otunba K; Kunle Rasheed; Dare Esan; Emmanuel Odole and Tijani Adegbola.
